My favorite part was the rug!... and the waterfall in the bathtub that i assumed was the shower.

Our room was one of the two that had a balcony, and the view was absolutely breath taking! i wish it wasn't so cold the night we were there so we could have sat out on the little bench thing to drink our sparkling cider! (of course.. pictures just never do justice!)

And of course, i couldn't leave without a picture with THE MAN himself!!!

Unfortunately for us, our stay was a short one. we had to be to the airport by 6:30 AM so we woke up bright and early (not really a problem since we didnt sleep well), ate our breakfast (that was soooo delicious!) and left. we flew off to disneyland where we spent the next week! here are some pictures from that adventure.

It's a small world holiday was open when we went (after some pretty serious renovations) it was really pretty at night. We even went on it *once* i could have gone on it again.. but mot everyone else thought it was awful and torturous!

Here's us with the castle.. it was pretty cool at night as well.

Main street, with the HUGE christmas tree. the bottom of it (where the branches started) was about at my chest.

The condo we stayed at the first few nights was really nice. our balcony and bedroom faced disneyland, so we got to watch the fireworks every night. it was pretty sweet!
(Disneyland you can see the matterhorn to the right and space mountain to the left)

(California Adventure you can see tower of terror!)

One of the nights we went to a pirates dinner adventure! It was similar to the tournament of kings in las vegas, only pirate themed. The food was really good, the show was OK. Curtis got picked to be a treasure man and helped during the show!

We also went to universal studios for one of the days. That was really fun, but SO cold! it was so windy all day and we pretty much froze our keesters off.
On our way home our flight got delayed two hours so we sat around in the long beach airport doing nothing. There was a really really pretty sunset, and i wanted to take pictures of it, but as i got up to go over to the window some loverbirds sat down infront of it. So i just sat down in my seat and took some pictures from where i was sitting. you don't quite get the full effect, but you can still see how awesome the sky looked!
Now we're back to the regular grind of school. Curtis has transfered back down to UVU and i started the first semester of my teaching program. Should be a really fun and exciting semester!
