Quilt top #2

I've been working furiously all day today trying to finish this quilt top for tomorrow. I've finally finished, hip, hip hurray!

Crocker, that is!

This year for our super bowl party we just stayed at home, which was nice. We ordered some Mo's clam chowder base from oregon and had our own little party, just me, Curtis, and the dogs.

I even slaved all morning to make sure we had delicious rolls to go with our soup.

A week or so ago I bought a small bunch of bananas so i could give a slice of one to the lovely cockroaches. So i've had these three bananas (the ones the cockroaches didn't eat) sitting on my counter, just waiting for them to turn brown so i could make......

Banana bread!

One of my favorites. I had never made banana bread and i was really happy with how it turned out. Now i'm just trying to keep myself from eating the entire loaf in one day...

Accomplished

Tonight I feel very accomplished! I was FINALLY able to put all the pieces together and finish one of my quilt tops. Tomorrow I plan on doing the other one. Stay tuned!
